Another question which has been a subject for discussion here. How does your organisation manage to provide such quick and helpful response to support questions? Is this type of support provided by dedicated support staff, or developers? I see that you also give support in many languages. We are impressed! FYI: We absolutely *love* the WebUpdate component, and you people have the *correct* attitude: developers don't want to have to include any further dll's, ocx's, or other "bloatware"-related stuff. We want a simple, efficient, clean solution that works, and that's what we get from TMS!
