With the TMS package my applications acquire instantly a high level of professionalism because each TMS component has already inherited of "the" property making the difference. But the best is the way you can exchange information with the TMS Team, this is "efficient", simply because the way the TMS components are designed is an interactive process, not only for the "birth" of new components but also for the unceasing improvement of existing ones. I was very impressed with the speed of your grid as some of the files being loaded are > 30000 rows, the performance is still very good. Although I don't use many of the newer advanced features I have found it to be a very solid work horse.
