Free updates and free support for our software is provided for a full version cycle. A full version cycle means from version X.Y to version X+1.Y. This means that when the first version is v1.2, the last free update is v2.1. This is similar to other products where v1.0 registration means free updates till v2.0 and thus v1.9 being the last free update.
