• Delivery of all products is in electronic form, by download from our website.
• Processing of orders / delivery of product is immediately after receipt of payment.
• Taxes may apply under EU and Belgian + German TAX law.
• Payment methods accepted: credit-card, Paypal, wire-transfer.
• All products come with included support and updates.
• All product licenses are per user. Standard licenses are single developer licenses. Optionally, licenses for a small team (2 developers) or site license (large team) are available.
• All product licenses do not include any further deployment license / costs.
• Updates & support are offered per product version cycle (version x.y to version x+1.y) or per period of 1 or 2 years, depending on the product.
• After the included maintance period, discounts apply for renewal, approx. 45% discount for immediate renewals, 20% for renewals at later time.
