Upgrade notes

To upgrade from previous versions, make sure to remove the TMS IntraWeb component package the Delphi and remove all old .DCU, .RES, .DPK, .BPL, .BPK, .BPI files before installing the new version. Make sure you have only one and correct version of IntraWeb in the library path.
