Crome singon not appearing on Nexus 9.

I Have an odd problem. When updating a mobile app with DX10, Some cloud components do not show the HTML signon page when connecting to Dropbox, G Drive, or OneDrive. Only the Close button shows. This only happens on the Nexus 9. Nexus 4, Windows, and iPhone 6 do not have this problem, and work fine (signon, upload, download, etc.). Total Uninstall and reinstall doesn't help. We are not aware of any issues with displaying the login page on Android. I'm not sure what could be causing this.
Can you please specify which version of Android you are using on both the Nexus 9 and Nexus 4?

Nexus 4 uses Android version 4.4.4 and Nexus 9 uses Android version 5.1.1. Never mind, I just tried both again and I got sign on for both Fat Chat and Photo Show Pro on Nexus 4 and Nexus 9. May have been another problem.
