Installer error

VCL TMS VCL Cloud Pack

I just purchased a license. When I start the installer I get this error:

Internal error: Failed to expand shell folder constant "userdocs"

and I cannot continue the installation.
My OS is Windows 8, with Delphi XE2.

We are not aware of any issues with the TMS Cloud Pack installer.
This might be a problem with your Windows settings.

That worked.


Next problem with the installation:

C:\Program Files\Embarcadero\RAD Studio\9.0\bin\dcc32.exe compiler of DelphiXE2 not found.

Your IDE install might be corrupt. Please ensure the command line compiler can be found in its default install path.

I have a 64 bit Windows where RAD Studio is installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\ folder. I can manually compile the component and install it, but is might be something you can take a look at?
