Modern UI; Embedded WEB-Server

Hello,

I want modernize the UI in my VCL App like the Delphi-Startpage. I want to do this 
step by step and not over all forms because this is too are to much. 
And second I want configure my Windows-Dienst with a WEB-Interface. 
How can I do this? 
My Idea is the use of

WEB-Server (embedded) Wich one? Indy?
WEB-Browser
FNC-Components.

Is this possible?
Do you an example how can I start with this?

If you want to run this web application local, you could indeed create a small Indy web server for this.
