TAdvUpDownEdit: no direct Input of negative values

Hello TMS,


if we want negative values in TAdvUpDownEdit we set the MinValue f.e. to -1000. With the updown-buttons we can go down under 0 to negative values but with the keybord the '-' Key is disabled.

We could trace & fix this issue.
We can confirm the next update will address this.
