TMS Library Installer Error

Hello.

I recently install TMS Scripter package without any problems but when I try to run TMSInstaller.exe (from setup folder) to recompile source code; I get the following error.

TMS Library Installer

[Content]
An error occurred during install:
Exception: Library to be installed not specified.

The only way to recompile for me is to remove and reinstall it.
I Use windows 10. build 1809

Running the TMSInstaller.exe directly without command-line parameters will raise that error. You need to use the link installed in the Windows start menu, that shortcut has the proper command-line parameters.
