PB demo Smooth on D2007

Hello,

 
I have install "Smooth components " with register code and it s OK (all components in IDE  D2007 corecct )
 
I have PB with few demo  "TimeLie Client"  and Other, if i  open project in IDE .  
The message display is
==>  impossible loadibng project  because "Delphi.Personality.12" not dispo  !!!!

I'd suggest to delete the .DPROJ file and just  open the .DPR file of the demo
