TAdvMemo - Scroll Past EOF

There are many times when I like to edit or view data that is at the end of the file, but I want to move the last line up to the center of the editor.  Most other editors I use have a "scroll past EOF" or what Delphi calls "Cursor Beyond EOF".

This would be nice feature, IMO, of course.
