Save Config - Change [General]

When saving the config, this is generated:

[General]
Active=1
..

[Managed.0.TTMSLoggerConsoleOutputHandler]
Active=1
ApplyOutputParameters=1
[Managed.1.TTMSLoggerTextOutputHandler]
Active=1

Is it possible to use a different section name, instead of [GENERAL]?
