How can I show a balloon type on touch screen ?
(or show it by clicking on a cell)

Unfortunately there is at this moment not an interface for this.
It is the Windows operating system that triggers showing the balloon when the mouse hovers a component and sadly this appears to be the case only for mouse over and for touch there is not a similar concept.
Ok, what about a trigger ?
If I touch on a cell, do you have any function that can show it "manually" (without hovering) ?

As I explained, there is at this moment not a built-in programmatic triggering of the balloon.
It is the Windows operating system that initiates when the balloon is displayed in relationship with mouse hovering. We will need to investigate if a programmatic trigger is possible.
