Body tag i PWA App

Hi,

Why in PWA app you add in body element height: 100%?

<body id="body" zindex="0" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); height: 100%;">
 
This is example from TMS WEB Core Demos\Basics\PWA.

You can see that vertical scroll bar is showing due to height: 100%; attribute.

Could you fix this?

Ok ... but in web app (not only in pwa) I have the same problem with 

height: 100%.
