When using materialicons and bootstrap I cannot get the icon and the text to align.horizonally.
Any ideas?

it would be nice to be able to have a layout property, which enabled TextAndIcon, TextOnly and IconOnly - so that when just using an icon it centres correctly. Actually that would be good for all buttons.
The next update will introduce a Layout property
