Panel Alignment

Hi,

I'm looking for a way of having three panels of a fixed width horizontally but if the form gets too small to put them under one another.

Is there any way of doing this other than by code?

I'm not sure what the concent of the 'cells' should be and if it can/will be defined by HTML, but if this is the case, the TWebResponsiveGrid can be used for this and can have this behavior.
