Where are Rio bpl files created?

I installed Rad Studio Rio.  Downloaded FmxCloud 3.4.0.0 and FmxUiPack 3.7.0.0.  Installers seemed to run normally and recognized Rio 10.3 Delphi and C++ as usual.  When I run Rad Studio, it says it can't find the bpl files.  I can't find them anywhere.  Default location set in Rad Studio tools is public documents/Embarcadero/Studio/20.0.  Folders there are empty.  Source files exist in their default location at my documents/tmssoftware/  No bpl files there either.

Thanks.  Editing RSVARS.BAT fixed it.
