Is this type of support provided by dedicated support staff, or developers? I see that you also give support in many languages. We are impressed! I use TMS components since a couple of years and I'm really happy with the components but especially with the support the company does provide, too. I always (!) get fast and competent help. In my opinion they have a great package of software and service.
