The TMS
software is a unique combination of a database of members
and associated persons of a tennis-, squash- or
sportsclub and a hourscheme of reservations. It is fully
based on the concept that the software adapts to the
rules currently in use in your sportsclub and not vice
versa. The user-friendly software package runs on Windows
3.1 or Windows 95 and has the required protections to run
safely and autonomously in a non-surveilled club or
sportscomplex. It is able to let all associated members
of the sportsclub handle their own reservations or it can
be administred by a responsible person. Database The database of associated members of a club has all required data fields to let the sportsclub print mailing lists, telephone list, lists of payments, statistics, classifications etc... Within the same database, all data is contained to control the reservation capabilities of individual members. Membership details, subscriptions, classification, fixed reservations, player categorie... All this data is provided in the members database. If the club already has an existing database, it can be imported without any problem through built-in ODBC technology, enabling access to data in various databases such as dBase, Access, Paradox, Foxpro, ... It also seaminglessly integrates with the Microsoft Office environment to share data with Word or Excel. The software is network-aware but also provides easy exchange of information with computers not on the network through diskettes. Courts and hourschemes The configuration of courts and hourschemes is 100% flexible. You can choose the number of courts and hours on which reservations can be made. Each court can have a different hourscheme every day. Each hourscheme can be adapted up to single minute. Although the hourschemes configuration can be extremely powerfull and complex, a userfriendly hourscheme editor makes the creation of hourschemes an easy and simple task. You can setup hourschemes for a full season in a couple of minutes. Hourschemes fully control which categorie of persons can play on each hour of the day, as well as possibility to configure different payment schemes for reservations if required. Reservations Apart from normal reservations for playing tennis or squash, which can be made by every member of the club, or by a responsible person, lots of different possibilities for making reservations exist : fixed regular reservations, blockreservations, reservations for tournaments, court maintenance, training... Different statistical charts of reservations can be made. Searching, cancelling, overvierws, etc.. of all reservations can be done at any time. Control of payments for reservations, subscriptions and other services A complete financial module in the software controls different possible hourly rates for reservations, multiple types of subscriptions and handles are related product and service registrations in the club. Reservations, subscriptions, buying other products are stored into individual member accounts. With this information, extensive financial reporting can be done, as well as invoicing, statistics about income. Many other possibilities Several features enhance the every day life of your sportsclub. Sending messages between members, showing advertising during non-activite periods, printing hourschemes, searching matching tennis players, etc... Controlling lights and other circuits

As
an extension to the reservations-system, you can control
light circuits as well as any other electrical circuit in
your club. Never leaving lights on unattended, saving
energy by avoiding unwanted switching, spreading peak
currents. With TMS lights, you have a circuit control
unit with enormous power and flexibility. Up to the
minute, you can control when lights have to switch,
taking reservations into account. The software
configuration allows to have multiple light circuits per
court as well as having courts sharing single circuits.
Once properly configured, the light control system runs

Reservations via the Internet or Intranet

TMS
brings your tennis, squash or sportsclub online on the
Internet with TMSWeb. This allows that members with an
Internet connection can have a look at current
reservations of the club as well as do reservations via
the web. Apart from reservations, the Internet gives the
possibility to offer lots of information about the club,
membership, subscriptions, tournaments, etc..
TMSWeb is an extensions to the TMS reservation-software.
TMSWeb can also be used as a basis to handle reservations
on the Intranet in large clubs with multiple pc's. TMSWeb
runs on your own webserver or the webserver of an

Custom extensions
By its flexible basis, the reservation-system is easily and quickly extensible to adapt to your specific needs. Feel free to ask for custom implementations for your tennis, squash or sportsclub. Customizations are made very fast and are fully supported.
